Library Resources for Music
A wide array of print and electronic resources are available from Brunel Library to support your research and study. The library holds full scores, vocal scores, performance sets, miniature scores, CD’s, cassettes and DVD’s. The main music collection is held on the second floor of the library in the section M. Parallel to the book collection you will also find the music CD’s, study scores and full scores. We subscribe to a number of key databases, each containing hundreds of electronic journals ranging from Sound on Sound to Chamber Music. To access the online resources go to the library homepage, login, and then select the subject link followed by music (here). Select the link to databases and then enter the individual sources. Your subject gateway will also give you access to webs resources and information about other libraries. If you cannot find what you are looking for within the collection please contact your Subject Liaison Librarian Martin Hodgson for a one to one appointment.
