Christopher Fox Reeling in the spotlight + Babel’s Cocktail party tour

We’ve brought this up before, and here they goe again: Babel, the collaboration between science and art with Christopher Fox, The Clerks, the MRC Institute of Hearing Research and others with support from the Wellcome Trust, will be on tour this October. You can read a related article by the composer here (Rivers of babble on) on The Guardian on Music page, and check out the Tales from Babel web site for more information on the project and the tour dates (Concerts).

Christopher is also in the spotlight, well the the name of the article on the Sound and Music blog is called Spotlight: Christopher Fox on Reeling, (but now he is in the spotlight…). He talks about Reeling (1983), a work for clarinet and hi-hat cymbal (true story) and you can check it out by clicking this link -> S&M.

So, what do you think?
