This Thursday, 18th July, Founder, Director and cellist of the Brunel Associated Artist ensemble Apartment House as well as active soloist and prolific collaborative artist, the uniquely talented Anton Lukoszevieze will be playing James Tenney’s Cellogram (one of several “postcard” pieces written by Tenney in the 1970’s – you can follow the score below!) and Laurence Crane’s Raimondas Romsas – studies in stillness for a hot summer’s night – then he joins Peter Wiegold and notes inégales for some spontaneous ‘postcard’ improvisations, a Robert Herrick-inspired piece of Peter’s and… whatever else happens!
And on Saturday (20 July), we’re excited to welcome Anton back for his workshop on free improvisation alongside Peter! Join us from 11 to 5pm for a full day of inspired playing and coaching with the best!
